Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right or remedy you have under that law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage; and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Where the law permits us to limit our liability, we do so as set out below.

Stockists

Our products are sold and serviced through independent authorised stockists, not by us directly through this website. When you contact a stockist through this site, or we pass your enquiry to one, your purchase and any service is a matter between you and that stockist. Stockists are independent businesses; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions, though we choose our authorised stockists with care.
