Is Ikon Mobility an NDIS-registered supplier?
Yes — we're a fully NDIS-registered supplier. Our scooters, power chairs and accessories can be funded through your NDIS plan with the help of your support coordinator, plan manager or the self-managed option. We'll provide all the quoting and paperwork you need.
Do you offer home demonstrations and trial periods?
Most of our authorised stockists offer in-home demonstrations across major metro areas in Australia. Find your nearest stockist on our stockists page or get in touch and we'll arrange a free no-obligation demo for you.
Can I take my scooter or power chair on a plane?
Our eMetro folding scooter and Enduro Power Lite power chair are both designed with travel in mind. They use lithium-ion batteries that meet most airline standards, but we always recommend checking directly with your airline before flying. We're happy to provide compliance documentation.
What warranty comes with Ikon products?
All Ikon mobility scooters and power chairs come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on the frame and motor, and 12 months on the battery. Warranty service is delivered through our nationwide stockist network — no need to ship the product back to us.
How do I get servicing and repairs?
Your local authorised stockist handles all servicing and repairs. We recommend a service once every 12 months to keep your scooter or power chair running its best. Mobile servicing is available in many regions — contact us to confirm.
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We have authorised stockists in every state and territory, so you'll always have local support after your purchase. For remote and regional customers we coordinate with our nearest stockist to arrange delivery and ongoing care.
