Product information is a guide, not a substitute for advice

The information on this website — specifications, descriptions, images, comparisons and downloadable guides — is provided to help you learn about our products. It is general in nature.

It is not medical, clinical or occupational-therapy advice. Choosing the right mobility equipment depends on your individual needs, and we recommend you consult a qualified health professional, occupational therapist, or one of our authorised stockists before purchasing. We do not warrant that a particular product is suitable for your specific circumstances.

We take care to keep product information accurate, but specifications can change and errors can occur. Nothing on the website is an offer to sell; product availability, pricing and final specifications are confirmed by our stockists at the point of sale.

Your consumer rights are not affected

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes any right or remedy you have under that law.
